This is an architecturally-sensitive addition to a 1915 historic foursquare located in Appleton, WI. Kessenich designed floors plans, exterior and interior elevations, building cross sections, lighting and electrical plans. She also assisted client in selecting exterior and interior finishes and fixtures. Structural engineering by Architecture Network, General contracting by others.
