Argraves Residence
This is a new residence located on the Inner-Coastal Waterway, outside of Charleston, SC. The design was based on a previous foursquare house design by Kessenich that she revised for construction in a hurricane zone. Kessenich designed floor plans, exterior and interior elevations, building cross sections, lighting and electrical plans. She also assisted the client in selecting exterior and interior finishes and fixtures. Structural engineering, general contracting by others.
