This 1970’s raised ranch was in need of a facelift, and some interior reconfiguring. Kessenich worked with the client to rearrange the main level, to create a more open, functional kitchen and dining room, a powder/utility room, and a more graceful entryway with an open, oak railed staircase. The exterior was given more depth and shadow lines with new gables, additional and larger windows, new siding, and an entrance on the same level as the lower level of the house, for a safer entry, especially in winter.
