Kessenich created a set of As-built Plans, based on the 1980 architectural drawings of the original Dairy Shrine and site dimensions/diagrams. She also inventoried and cataloged all existing photos. She then created Floor Plans and Annotated Elevations of all new photo displays, proposed Reflected Ceiling plan, showing new lighting and HVAC, sketches, and or concepts for new photo displays, lighting and graphics. Selection and Specification of all new interior finishes, including carpeting, wallcoverings, paint, wood finishes and frame samples. Coordination with artist, photo processor and framer on all printing, matting and framing of all photographs & artwork for the aforementioned categories. Construction drawings and/or written specifications of custom or purchased photo display fixtures, and interior trim work, competitive bidding, and construction administration.
