Argraves Residence
This is a new residence located on the Inner-Coastal Waterway, outside of Charleston, SC. The design was based on a previous foursquare house design by Kessenich that she revised for construction in a hurricane zone. Kessenich designed floor plans, exterior and interior elevations, building cross sections, lighting and electrical plans. She also assisted the client in selecting exterior and interior finishes and fixtures. Structural engineering, general contracting by others.

Kuenzi Residence
This is a new residence located on Lake Wisconsin, outside of Lodi. Kessenich designed floors plans, exterior and interior elevations, building cross sections, lighting and electrical plans, cabinet and trim elevations and details. She also assisted client in selecting exterior and interior finishes and fixtures. Structural engineering, General contracting by others.

City of Kenosha
The City of Kenosha has retained Kessenich to modify several of her existing house plans for two- and three-bedroom bungalows, that have been built in redeveloped neighborhoods around the City. These plans fit in well with the existing architecture of the neighborhood from the early 1900's. In addition, they provide the owners with 1½ to 2½ bathrooms, larger closets and modern kitchens and mechanicals. All feature Energy-Star appliances, and resource-saving building techniques.
