The City of Kenosha has retained Kessenich to modify several of her existing house plans for two- and three-bedroom bungalows, that have been built in redeveloped neighborhoods around the City. These plans fit in well with the existing architecture of the neighborhood from the early 1900’s. In addition, they provide the owners with 1½ to 2½ bathrooms, larger closets and modern kitchens and mechanicals. All feature Energy-Star appliances, and resource-saving building techniques. All structural engineering by Architecture Network.
