| We have gotten so much positive response on this house, we have decided to put it in our plan collection. From the exterior, it has a classic stucco & brick bungalow appearance, but the interior has the modern family in mind. It has a spacious first floor master suite with a compartmentalized bath, a first floor laundry, and a very large sunroom off these rooms, as well as the kitchen. There is also an office/guest room on the first floor for a home-based business, or visiting family and friends.
